  • Assessing participant support and home living eligibility.
  • Matching participants with suitable certified support workers.
  • Filing Plan Management claims and invoices directly with NDIS portals.
  • Complying with mandatory clinical reporting and security audit standards.

We do not share your health or personal details unless:

  • We have received express, written consent from you or your legal representative.
  • It is necessary to coordinate care with your healthcare professionals, support coordinators, or plan managers.
  • We are legally obligated to disclose information to federal regulators, emergency services, or NDIS Commission auditors.
